Kamang Investment (KI) was established in December 2010 to carry out a wide range of ICT and Electrical Engineering Consultancy Services which includes: Electrical Design and Installation; Electrical and ICT Audit; Web and Mobile Based Solutions; ICT Security; Time and Attendance Systems; Access Control Systems; Software Design and Development; CCTV Cameras, Enterprise Smart Mobile Computer, Video Conferencing Systems and Networks at its broadest range.

KI team has a combined experience of more than 20 years in Design, Installation and Troubleshooting of Electrical, Computer Networks and Systems; With this experience the company has continued to enjoy trust from various government and private institutions to carry out their critical projects. In turn all projects have been professionally and timely implemented meeting the clients expectations.

KI has its head quarters in Dar es Salaam with branch office in Dodoma. Through these offices the company serves as a dealer for several high tech manufacturers of ICT and Electrical equipment.

KI is registered  by Contractors Registration Board (CRB) as ELECTRICAL WORKS CONTRACTOR and SPECIALIST CONTRACTOR in  the field of Telecommunications, ICT and Security Systems. Also KI is registered by Government Procurement Services Agency (GPSA), Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA), Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA).

KI staff are registered by the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) as Professional Engineers .

KI experience in networks includes projects conceptual design; technical specification write ups; project implementation, management and commissioning; Network security. Our staff were involved in the implementations of various networks such as the network for University of Dar es Salaam, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Communication Science and Technology, Tanzania Investments Centre, The Aga Khan Hospital, Tanzania Institute of Accountancy, Ilala Municipal Council, Public Service Commission among others. More than two thousand nodes were installed and commissioned by our staff. Media used in these networks includes UTP Cable, Fiber Optic Cable and Microwave links.

KI staff has significant expertise in integrating compatible equipment from different manufacturers to interface with existing systems in both cable and Wireless networks. Key members of our staff have been involved in the design and implementation of key Satellite communications projects in Tanzania. The upgrade of Ministry of Defense and National Service  Ku band hub (Tanzania), Consultancy services for the installation of National Television Transmitters (Tanzania) are all key projects in which Kamang Investment Staff have played a key role.

KI in collaboration with its strategic partners provides Electrical and Electronic solutions in Tanzania. The company has supplied several Electrical and Electronic equipment to Government and Private institutions. The supplied equipment includes but not limited to Laptops, Computers, Tablets, Scanners, Printers, Photocopiers, Facsimile Machines, Electronic Cash Registers, Biometric Time Attendance, Fingerprint Access Control, Fingerprint Reader, RFID Card Reader, Enterprise Mobile Computers and CCTV cameras.
